Law Day Pannel discussion on Civics, Civility, and Collabora

In Celebration of law day we will be having a presentation to includ e a pael discussion with representatives from the three branches of government with Senetor Jo Comerford representing the Legislative Branch, U.S. Magistrate Judge Katherine Robertson representing the Judicial Branch and Sheriff Christopher Donelan representing the Executive branch.

Their discussion will focus on this year's ADA Law Day Theme of: Civics, Civility, and Collaboration: what can individuals in the United States do to rebuild trust in our institutions, encourage respect for one another, and what collaborative measures can be proposed to help address the challenges that face our nation?

This is the same question presented to Franklin County High School Students in the Thomas W. Merrigan Scholarship competition. The deadline for the competition is April 1, 2023.

Pannel at 10AM including presentation to scholarship winners. Preceded by an optional Courthouse tour (RSVP required for tour).
